I wasn't getting a reply to my question, so I thought I would put a better subject header to get some attention

I am considering exchanging my McRae for a P1.

I've been haggling for a couple of days now with a Subaru dealer (more a battle of wits I guess) but speaking to someone today he tells me that the STI is in being launched in Jan 2002 .

Does anyone know what impact this will have on P1s - I was almost there on the deal, but now feel a little weary.

Does anyone have any thoughts.

I expect the prices will climb sharply as the dealers try and buy back as many of these easy to sell and cheap models as possible.

Expect to see long queues forming outside dealers as 1 or 2 new P1 cars left are auctioned at £30,000 plus.

This is a joke post right?

 

No joke pal, I can only see a price drop for the P1 as more and more limited editions come out - soon there will be more limited edition cars than std cars.
