How easy is it to change a td04 for a td05?

I'm ok for tools but don't have ramps. Can it be done from the top of the car or do you have to drop the up/down pipes? Or do I go back to a specialist?

Also headers....do i go for ported or tubular? Early boost is the target here.

I was hoping to fit this myself before a remap.
