Does any one know if the "Hare" or the "I" badge is available for a MY03 Blobeye WRX?

And where from?

I have a blue "I" on my Terzo (I obtained it from Canada!) which I think is quite distinctive but I'm looking for one for my pal's recent acquisition.

Any help guys?
