if a company has a price for a product (wheels) listed as £0.00 each and i buy them + postage costs of course, do they have to honour it?

Nay. They are not obliged to sell them to you.

However, if you notify them, and they do not change the price within 24 hours you can get trading standards involved.

My bro' did that with a car. It was advertised at £6k on their website but when he enquired he was told it was £9k ( manufacturers rrp). He called trading standards and was told they had 24 hours to change it. They didn't change the price and he saved £3k.
