Question Front Bumper on an MY 02STI Bugeye

how easy is it to take one of these off, has anyone done this, or have a step by step guide

Easy, first off remove the grill, then headlights - 3 bolts per unit, then follow the line of the bumper pulling out carefully the clips with a flat head or something with a similar effect there are 9 or 11 around the top lip, one either side in the wing. Then get under the car, remove the black protection plastics and i think there are another 3 clips under there. The bumper will slide off with real ease, so if it doesn't you have missed a clip or two
