Had my WRX 1,000 mile service about 2-3 weeks ago, just ran a few checks today and to top up the windscreen wash due to the rain lately and noticed the coolant level was over the full mark and the top was off the bottle, so some water could have got in.

Could there be any issues or problems from this....

Any advice would be great, just a little concerned.
