best place for exhaust wrap?

Hey guys, need some wrap for my manifold, uppipe and downpipe!
Roughly how much will I need and where is best to get some, with how many ties etc?

the clue is in the words "exhaust" and "wrap" try wrapping it round the exhaust....

where would you be without my technical knowledge??
