WILL A MY96 WRX(FACE LIFT) RUN OK ON OPTIMAX??

I got a my97 Impreza wrx, and i use the fuel here in Malta which is said to be 65 octane.....the car runs ok and never been remaped.
Some people are over protective of there car, but overall its a japanese car so what ever you do to it, it will run!
