Default Removing rear bumper from classic?

Search function gone so got to make a fresh post

As heading really. Got a new rear bumper to fit and need an idiots guide to replacing it.

Get under the back and have a look - it's pretty easy!

Nah, only kidding. I'll do at the weekend so I'm sure I'll work it. Just thought there might be some special subaru way of doing it - much like changing the oil

Just about to start this.

I've had a look at he the US Subaru sites and they all seem to suggest that the rear tail lights have to come off to get to all the clips - is this right?

Only ask becuase I really don't want to have to re-seal them back in after.

if your just taking the skin off then the rear lights hide the plastic clips across the top of the bumper support.easier to remove the fixings on the sides and remove the bolts in the support(4) and take the lot off in one

Yep that's what I did, much easier
