I would think it would depend on the mileage of the engine not sure which is the best but Motul and Silkolene seem to be good, and about 5w 40 or 10w 40 may be reasonable.. but some expert may be able to tell u else..

 

Silkolene Pro S 10w50 is what I use on my MY99. I'd reccomend a proper fully synth like Silkolene or Motul. Ask your local friendly specialist!
