Default Stock MY00 - is the rear diff LSD or not? Thanks.

Time to change the rear differential fluid, but I don't know which oil from Motul's range to choose. Gear300 75W90 is said not to be for self-locking (moreover, is LSD considered to be self-locking??) devices but as I do not actually know what type do I have I'm helpless. stock MY00 GT

Thank you for your replies.

Thanx, Tim W.

And is viscous coupling (lsd) considered to be self-locking? (in terms of technical terminology)? That's what I'm trying to find out. If yes, Motul Gear300 wouldn't be probably suitable.

Normal 75W90 is fine, the pressurised gloop inside the Viscous cannot be changed, so all you are lubricating is the gears and bearings not the viscous itself.
