Hi....help - need some advice!

I currently have a great 02 WRX 5 door, but want some more power (old story!). I have found a great 01 STi - a Jap import -- are they problems being an import. The guy seems cool, he brings lots of cars in, and has registration docs etc. Seems great but have other folks had issues with imports???

Proper UK cars are 10 a penny ............ no need to short change yourself with an Import.

Others will sing their praises - but one fact remains - they are worth considerably less than a UK car.

Just because the guy seems 'cool' is no reason to buy a car off him ... it's the car that counts and, although bad cars and bad sellers go together, it doesn't apply to 'cool'!

Also, your Uk Wagon verses an Import STi thats a year older? Hope it's a straight swap .... or you are getting a right royal shafting.

But, whatever you decide to do, I hope it goes well
