MY05 JDM STI, 5000 miles, uk fuel re-map, Milltek exhaust system with sports cat, rac trackstar and cat alarm for £23K??

Does this sound reasonable or is it a bit rich?

This particular one has twin scroll turbo do JDM's have this?
