Camera Van at Bluewater
Spotted white transit type van parked at the side of the dual carriageway by the entrance to Bluewater Shopping centre today.
Two cams poking out of flaps in the back doors. No safety camera markings and not a mobile cam site according to the local safety partnership website.
Is this for security in the light of July's events or is it a speed trap?

3pm and I thought it was an odd place for a speed trap on the basis that you would normally crwal through there.
I was mostly focused on pulling up a ton and a half of 350z

Doesn't sound at all like a speed camera van .... more like ANPR - automatic number plate reader.
The tax ones say what they are - plain van kind of points to police ANPR.....
