Default how much oil needed for these jobs?

I am putting my car into the garage next week to get serviced. I would rather supply the oil myself so they use the oil I want. The garage is excellent but obviously they have their own stuff they normally use.

So can someone tell me how much oil I will need for the following and hopefully what kind is best ?

Engine Oil for oil change
Gearbox Oil for oil change
Diff Oil for oil change
Coolant change

cheers

power steering is 0.7 ltrs
engine coolant is 7.7ltrs

rear diff is fill till it runs out of the fill hole.
got this from the scooby manual.
