I just wonted to know when the version started and ended
Im looking at the V3 and V4 mainly
I think from what I have seen the V5 started about 98 or 99 as a starting year and went till the bug eye which was 01 or 02 I think
please correct me if Im wrong and let me know the correct years guys
Also can anybody tell me when the Scoobs had passenger and drivers air bags as std mainly imports Im looking at here though if there is a difference

 

The v3 production started on the 9/96 and ran until the 7/97 with the type r being launched on the 1/97, v4 started 8/97 until the 8/98 iirc.

I think the drivers air bag was fitted from the v4 which had the facelift dash not to sure on the passangers side airbag.

Thanks for that info that link was really helpful as they seem to change the version within about a year maybe a year an half of each model which I didnt relise

Its all helpful stuff when your looking to buy and it also means you know what some one might be chatting about, even if there wrong with so many version I dont wont to be cought out and pay out for somthing that isnt what I wont

Shame we dont have the model comparison chart like they have on the Evo web site (MLR)

whats the conversion between v and year codes....

or to put it another way what us a 1995 c1 in this V thingy?
