If you mean the black leather STI gearknob with red stitching, then yes they are available. Just ask for a 'P1' gearknob, it's the same one. They aren't cheap though, i bought one a while back and IIRC it was around £40.
Not wanting to hijack this thread - but.... where do i get a prodrive gear **** from? do i get it direct from Prodrive or from my local Subaru dealership???
