pc locked on region 1

pc locked on region 1

the dvd drive on my pc is locked to region 1 i thought i had 1 more region change left but it wont allow me to change to any other region, does anyone know if replacing it with a new one will give me the choice of changing regions again?
any help would be appreciated

Depending on the drive you may be able to flash the firmware to make it region free. Find out the make and model number of the DVD drive, then pop over to here and see if your drive is listed.
