Default Converting MP3 to Midi

I'm trying to convert a ringtone for the wife from an mp3 format to her Sony T610, I've tried a few utilities, but to no avail, anyone got any suggestions apart from buying her a new phone.

mp3 to midi afaik is not possible due to the way they are created - midis being a collection of tracks with voices assigned to them whereas mp3 are a single track.

I would look on the web for midi downloads of the track you are after.
