19in Alloys on a Classic??

Will 19in wheels fit straight onto a UK Classic Turbo 2000?? If they do go on, will they make the car look silly or handle badly?

Don't know about wether they would bolt on easily, but i do know they would make the car handle alot worse, and that it would look silly imo, an impreza is meant to be a rally car, not a show car.

A friend used to own this car.. Looks good but driveability will suffer and arches do require work.
