noisy release bearing!!!

Default noisy release bearing!!!

have notice a noise coming from what sounds like the release bearing when clutch is released when pulling away
no noise in neutral when i press clutch pedal though
it seems ok when going from 1st to second and so on
what could it be??

Spigot bearing needs some grease.

is that an easy job to do
where is this spigot bearing is it easy to get to it

was thinking about it today and thought could it be the springs in the drive plate?
as there is no noise when your moving just pulling away from a standstill

scoobyclinic sorted it today
spigot bearing was seized and release bearing cracked
