Highlander.......how about scoobymag doing an in-depth investigation into the truth behind the current import/warranty situation? You could get the facts from owners, suppliers and IM and then kill this topic dead if done well!

Great idea expatback. Scoobymagazine should be able to get a definitive answer. Would be nice to know who is kidding who!

Trying to get a straight answer (or even and answer) out of IM can be rather difficult.

......and judging by the comments from owners of cars bought from non-IM outlets it is also difficult to get a straight answer from folks such as Motorpoint, Alliance etc!

I agree that Scooby magazine should at least try to resolve this huge issue with some investigative journalism.

Can't remember which thread but someone (flingsham flier?) had posted a very good explanation about warranty situation from IM, more than plausible. Is there a reason why the mag won't get involved? Frightened of the truth being discovered and then having to be the bearer of bad news?

Come on, Scoobymagazine, go for it! Your readers would respect you even more if you did!

Problem is the longer the mag takes to get out the older 'news' the features are.. the Ice Impreza has already had extensive coverage in both J-Tuner Oct issue and again in Jap Performance Nov issue, TofTB IV was covered in Octobers JP mag (ok, not just the Imprezas).. anyway, just my 2p worth
