Will AP Organic clutch and STI flywheel from 97 type R fit my 1995 WRX?

I have a 1995 Import WRX and have been offered a AP Organic clutch and STI flywheel from 97 type R with only 8000 mile rated at 450bhp.

Will this fit and what is the size and will it be ok for a standard box?

yes it will fit, it will be okay for a standard box too.
