how about some Millers CRO 10/40 running in oil?

Any 10w/40 or even a 15w/50 pure mineral oil should do nicely.

yep, as above the Millers CRO is a specific oil designed for bedding hi-perf engines..................not badly priced in relation to the "normal" option of buying cheap cr@p.........

Just out of interest, how long should you run CRO before changing it and moving to your normal synthetic?

cheapo mineral oil (its not in there long enough to go fookered)

full throttle punishment for 20 miles once engines fully warm
once it gets 50 miles on it of spirited driving a 10-40 semi syn for the next 500 just dont pootle about drive normal to hard

dont let it tick over keep revs to 2k minimum while warming
best way for a nice loose powerfull engine

Just a 10w-40 semi will be fine

Cheers
