Question Which tyres...???

I've got to put some new tyres on the car. It's currently on 205/45/17 Pirelli P Zero tyres. 1 is good but 3 need changing. Do I spend £380 on the 3 new tyres to match, or look for 4 different tyres? My local fitter has an offer on Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres meaning I can have 4 for the nearly the same price as the 3 Pirelli's but they're only in sizes 205/40/17 or 215/40/17 and I don't know if either of these sizes will be ok?

Help anyone...?

Thanks
Dave

get the 215/40/17 F1s - makes a nice difference! Had them on my old classic - will be slightly lower geared compared to what you have at the moment but closer to the original fitment size

You'd get a full set of Vredestein Ultrac for less than that, and my mate went from P Zero's to them and rates them much better. Better than Toyo and F1's too, so he says. I have the Sportracs ATM, but will definately get Ultracs next time. They also came top in several mag tests recently.

Which P Zeros? But I'd second the advice on the Vredestein - a very good tyre.

Ok, just thought I'd clarify because there are a number of tyres in the range all of which have very different characteristics.
