Default My New Scoobie Didnt start first time

Its 2:30am and I finish work, shoot over to my car to make a quick get away and the ******* didnt start, it seemed to turn over and then die, I have to rev the second time to keep it alive.. this made worse by the fact I have two minutes earlier phoned the Police to catch some ******** who decided to steal from us and had climbed in the the back yard!!

I was keeping my eye out for him and the car let me down

i noticed that the other day, if i try and just turn the key straight away the car starts but then has to gather up the revs as if its about to stall.

i tried waiting for the fuel pump to prime and it seems much better.
