I have been waiting with baited breath for the last month or so, for the refurbed Tesco Petrol Station to open in Bridgend, S.Wales.

My hopes and expectations were that they would be introducing 99RON to their range of fuels. At 08:00am this morning the forecourt re-opened for business so at lunchtime today I raced my Scoob over there to check (I live an exciting life ).

"Do they, do they?!?" I hear you say......Do they f*ck.

What could be worse than that? They don't even sell normal SUL, only 95RON!!!!

On top of that, the BP round the corner has a big sign exclaiming "BP Ultimate". "Hurray!" I hear you say, "Sorted".

Like f*ck, they only sell Ultimate Diesel, they don't sell any SUL either!!

So, is Super Unleaded yesterdays news???

Last ngiht on the way home i pulled in a petrol station, and out of 20 pumps, 1 of them was for SUL!!

Rubbish!!

 

Absolutely, loads of new diesel pumps too!!!!

What about those of us who drive real performance cars like my Renault Saxos GTiR VVTi SRXT VIII?
