Question Advice on an Alpine H/U needed

I have just bought an Alpine 9853R head unit and I was looking for a bit of advice. I am going to use the previous threads for removal of the existing h/u and the fitting of a new one along with a Forester flap, but my question is, do I need to buy one of those iso adaptors or will it be wired like for like ?

I'd say you'd need an ISO adaptor plus an aerial plug adaptor, but I'm not sure what car/year/HU you have...

I did, it looked as though no one else was really bidding. I thought they were quite cheap although I won't say too much until it has arrived.

You'll need...

x1 Wiring Harness Adaptor (or ISO adaptor in other words). Auto Leads part number PC2-44-4/3. This is what I used on my MY04.

x1 JASO (I think that's the correct term) Aerial adaptor. Any decent car audio shop or Halfords will sort you out with one... and if you ask nicely you might even get it free at Halfords, I did.
