Hi my car was stolen 2 weeks ago from Derby and it has been recovered in Bradford. I would like to know what norwich union are like when it comes to paying out for the car? I hope nothing like this has happen to any of you but would like to know if any one has had any dealings with norwich union and how did things turn out.

Many years ago i had to make a claim for a theft with them, and they were the biggest bunch of useless uncooperative tossers you could ever wish to meet, i think it took about 9 months of being fecked about, and them trying to use just about any excuse possible to avoid paying out. Oh, just to add, the police found the car, 2 days after it was stolen, and it was declared a right-off, within about 2 weeks of being accessed by an independent accessor. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
