HEADING WEST BOUND OUT OF WARRINGTON AND ALSO HEADING EASTBOUND INTO WARRINGTON ON M62. THERE WERE SIGNS YESTERDAY STATING CAMERA NOT IN OPERATION BUT THERE WILL BE SOON! THERE ANRE ABOUT 7 OR 8 ON EACH SIDE, BUT THEY TAKE AN AVERAGE SPEED BETWEEN THE CAMERAS SO DONT SPEED UP IN BETWEEN THE CAMERAS. GET THOSE ROAD ANGELS UPDATED!

 

They have these on a stretch of the M1 at the moment. They're not really a problem as you know you just have to pootle along at a steady speed. One thing though is that it seems cars get very bunched up together as everyone is afraid to exceed the speed limit and ends up travelling at exactly the same speed close to each other in three lanes. Doesn't feel safe, if one driver makes a mistake could be big domino effect. I accelerate into space between cameras, but you are soon bunched up again at the next one.

 

These have only gone up this week, they were'nt there last week, just a bit of forewarning.
