As a favour for a guy I ordered him a maf sensor for his uk myoo turbo as it was on its way out..new one came from Monty's sheff while I was out my colleague signed for it and never gave a thought to the fact that it was not in any packaging..

Without a thought fitted it..tried car..maf fecked???

Phoned dealer..mentioned lack of packaging..study of maf looked not new? ...


Apparantly previously 6/10 of them ordered by a local garage and returned not required?!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Someone somewhere having a toffee crisp and takin the p*ss me thinks..

Strange that they should be returnable for credit anyhow? Worries me what could have happened on the drive home with the "new" part fitted.
