That was actually a Subaru produced car and hasn't been pimped up by the owner, they honestly produced and sold that in Japan

Cant remember the name for it now.

congrats on scooping the first pics of the MY07 car, subaru have been trying to keep that beast a secret until the geneva motor show...

Its a little like Nissan based Mitsuokas, but they look more like MKII Jaguars.....

As said above, it's actually a Japan-only factory model called the Casa Blanca, fitted with (I believe) a 1.5 non-turbo engine. Apparently that retro look is quite cool in Japan, though for some reason nobody seems to have imported one into the UK. I wonder why...
