Default WRC Style Intake manifold And Fmic

Hi,

Does anyone know who makes a WRC style reverse inlet manifold like on Adam M's 22b?

Also with FMIC on a STI5 how much work needs to be done to the front bumper and what needs to be done?

Cheers

Most reverse manifolds are custom made. But I see that TSL list one on their web site.

And for a FMIC it all depends on which one you go for.

Dave.

There are several ways of reversing your manifold, the first, just turn it round, seriously they're not handed, however some of the inlet angles will be a bit wrong and clearance for the idle speed control valve can be an issue...another option is to cut the front off the plenum chamber and get an aluminium block welded on and then machine a hole in that for the inlet and tap 4 holes to fit the throttle body (this is what I have), alternatively you can cut the throttle body mounting off the plenum and then have that re-welded at a more suitable angle...

The most active modifier of inlet manifolds that I know is David Wallis, although Andy Forrest and Pavlo have also been known to tinker with them to name a couple of others...
