Anyone know if you can get these for Imprezas anywhere ? its the sort of thing they have on Lambos etc... where there is a metal plate with slots for each of the various gears to go into ?

All I have found are the normal leather gaiters with a chrome fixing plate at the bottom, but fancy one of the supercar style ones if anyone sells them.
