Default full diagnostic required

my friend was advised at the weekend by power engineering to get a full diagnostic done as his car was running too lean and is on its way too a meltdown if he carries on(breathe).

could anybody advise on were he could get it done by someone and what sort of cost it shall be.(pref in the surrey/middlesex area)

thanks in advance.

When the Scooby UK turbo I had was running lean I took it to the dealers for a diag. Can't remember how much it was though. Maybe a specilist in the area maybe cheaper.
