Default No Haynes manual for Impreza!

Just thought it would be useful to have a workshop manual for my car and visited the haynes web site which says they haven't done one cos they haven't sold enough cars!!!
are there any other manuals that cover the new models

No Haynes manual, although they do a book about the Impreza which is quite interesting - just model history, rallying etc... but nothing about maintenance.

I've got the 04 WRX STi workshop manual on CD-ROM you can have a copy of if you want - it doesnt tell you how to fix things as such, but is useful for finding where bits go and what should be connected to what.

You would think they would make a mint by producing a HM for an Impreza.
Plenty of people are willing to do the work themselves I suspect, if only for a little bit of guidance!

http://www.saxonfields.freeserve.co.uk/

Depending on model year of course, think this only covers upto 98.

Do they sell Haynes manuals in New Zealand?
Every other car over there is a Legacy and there are more Impreza's over there than over here. Maybe someone in NZ has done a manual.

Does anyone know if there's a CD version which covers the MY00 Classic Impreza? I'd be interested in getting hold of one if there is

Haynes do a legacy manual which covers most of the running gear and internals of the classic impreza,, bodywork specific items are not applicable.

I have one and its fine for what need to do

it dosent cover the upgraded brakes of some later models but still covers the standard disc drum disc disc varients

they dont do one for the seat toledo mk1 which is a bu**er too

The Haynes manual for the Leggy is £16 and available from:
http://www.haynes.co.uk/webapp/wcs/s...4139&langId=-1

They have another company called 'Chilton' advertised on their site and they do a manual that covers all models of Brat, Impreza, Justy, Legacy, Loyale, Outback, Std., Sedan, SVX, Wagon, XT and XT-6, 85 - 96 and is £20. This can be found at:
http://www.haynes.co.uk/webapp/wcs/s...2723&langId=-1

I might get one, I was trying to find out the torque wrench settings for connecting the headers to the heads this weekend and could find it listed on either of the two manuals I had on CD.
