Ordered a car cover from them last month, and the money has been taken from my card, but I have since had no correspondance from them (after numerous emails asking for them to update me on the order process).
I realise they are based in Hong Kong, and the covers are made to order, but if they just emailed me to tell me it will be another couple of weeks it would be a great help!

As it stands, I don't know whether the order is being dealt with, there is a problem, or I am just being ripped off! So not sure on whether to wait for it to turn up, or try to get money back from paypal/card company!

Any ideas, or anyone know anybody who works for them?
