Just done this over the weekend however the gaskets were still in good order so we did not use new ones.
However if you do want new then you will need:
Lower gasket for the up-pipe (were it joins the exhaust manifold/headers)
Upper gasket for the up-pipe (were it joins the turbo)
Down pipe gasket (back of turbo)
Down pipe end gasket (were it joins the centre pipe)
And depending on how you remove the up-pipe you might need:
Double port type gasket (were the drivers side headers join the head)
Cross pipe gasket (were the ds headers meet the cross pipe)
If your getting an after market up-pipe (decat) then you will need 5 new studs (threaded) for the up-pipe. Unless you can remove the old ones without ruining the threads.

Main dealers should have the gaskets, cannot remember the excat cost but they are around £8 upwards each. The downpipe turbo gasket & exhaust headers to head are more expensive.
