Ensure you run your WRX (JDM) on optimax, and id also advise the use of octane booster, though some people dont use it, these cars are designed for 100 ron fuel, sometimes 98 ron isnt quite enough.

Welcome to the site, I was 19 when I 1st had my scoob, then tried a Audi TT at 21 and regreted selling the scooby and all I could think about was scoobys, 2months with the TT turned me into a ponsy hairdresser, So decided the only man thing I could do was to sell the TT and buy another Scooby.

Crikey, add on your tax, service and petrol costs and it costs over a tenner a day so it'd better look fooking lush . Hope you declared your new mods.

Welcome, just go and introduce yourself to your local shell forecourt manager tomorrow though lol.

I pay nearly £4k on the WR1 ... well worth it though. Paid £3.7k on my first UK Turbo (when I was 20) Bought the WR1 the year after and was pleased the ins only went up by £300.

Bet the insurer was happy. TBH, when someone is prepare to spend that money for insurance, and can afford a £28k car, an insurer would have to look at it realistically. Unless you are a stockbroker or a drug dealer or daddy is paying this amount of money would mean the likelihood of you crashing the car (own fault) would be fairly low, as it would financially ruin you. They are taking the **** pure and simple.

I will forever regret not buying a house at a younger age. If i'd have bought a house at 20, by 23, I could have sold my house and bought almost any car I wanted without a penny of debt.

It makes me mad!!! But it was fun doing it the expensive way!!!!

Welcome.

And remember to take some time to get used to it

At 20 I probably had my Capri 2.0GL. Say what you like but I thought it was a geat car - although not exactly quick...... Either that or I still had the speed machine that was the Allegro 1.1 - now that you can slag off lol
