Hi
I have just finished repairing a few small kerb scratches on my MY04 WRX wheels. They are the OEM alloys in a kind of gunmetal colour.
I was browsing round Halfrauds and found a touch-up paint that looked almost the same colour, took it outside to compare it and it was close, Mercedes Smoke Silver!
With a bit of careful rubbing down with fine wet and dry and a coat of the primer, two coats of the metallic and a coat of lacquer you'd be hard pushed to tell there was a repair.
Total cost £9.99 and 4 hours work. Chips Away wanted £90.00!
