Default Very happy & very gutted!

arrived home from hospital today 16 days after bailing a jump on my motocross bike and breaking my right leg to find my brand new 05 obsidian black wrx sitting on the drive, it was delivered on wednesday, today is the first time I've seen it, unfortunatly I've still got 6-8 weeks of looking at it before I can play, I'm totally gutted!
so have fun driving around in your scoobys, you lucky B*******S!

Dan

Seeing as you're inured, I am sure we can arrange a team of scoobynetters to come and drive it around for you while you're stuck at home.

We'll run it in properly too, honest!

Well thanks for the offers peeps but I've already got my fair share of people people willing to be my chauffer, as long as they're driving the scooby that is, I think I'll leave it where it is, get the old man to drive it round the block once a week or something, at least I have something to look forward to. Now where can I get a quality but fair priced STI spoiler from?

Actually, get your old man to run it in for you (assuming he can be trusted) - that means your time spent waiting to heal will be worth it!

Can't think of anything worse than waiting six weeks, then having to do 1000 miles driving like my gran!

If you can sit in the car alright then it needn't stay on the drive.

Get a hand throttle and brake conversion for a couple of hundred quid. Your left leg can still operate the clutch.

Conversion fitted in a couple of hours with no visible damage to the steering column. You might even be able to negotiate a better deal for short term use?

Obviously it's totally dependant on whether or not you can get in the car if you have a full leg plaster.
