I was also told that when the camera looks at the speedo it's somewhere between 125 and 130mph.

Anyway it's not very clear, but you get the idea.

You need the right software to open it - not sure what uses that extension though

 

Real Player opens it, not worth it IMHO.

 

Its a vid file from a mobile, as sed jus get Real player. But yeh not worth it, really crap vid heh.
