Is the fuel pump available from pro-drive as good/better/worse than the other aftermarket ones?

It looks like a repackaged Walbro pump, but all the markings are ground off so no idea what the flow rate is.
It has a rubber sleeve added to kill the noise - can't think of any other pump that adds this.
Othe than that, it is plug n play.
