uprated parts help

Default uprated parts help

as title really im after uprated bigend and main bearing sets and i have read about moddified cranks on here can someone piont me in the right way as to where to get them from .........thanks in advance

ACL do after market big end and main bearings and are used by the majority of engine rebuilders, using them in mine.

Depending on the phase of your engine you can get crossed drilled cranks, which are intended to help oil supply to big ends, if yours is a phase 2 for example you could get an STi 9 crossed drilled crank.

Various tuning places can supply all these bits, Lateral Performance, RCM, Graham Goode.....
