Ive been lurking for some weeks on here as ive just bought my first subaru impreza its a MY03 (as they say) WRX with a PPP. 28k on the clock and a whole lot of fun too . after making Tewksbury - Heathrow in an hour the other night (110 miles) ive decided to fit a Road Angel as im not planning on giving gordon brown more money that i have too. hopefully the car will be going up to prodrive soon for a re-zap of the ECU

so whats happening on here then??

 

im fairly new to this aswell, but iv been wondering what all this my03 my01 my this and that means? sorry if this makes me out to be thick, which i aint, im just a novice.

 

In what way are Prodrive going to "re-zap" your ecu?

 

i would think the best prodrive would do to your car is redo the ppp and if in their eyes there is nothing wrong with the first set its going to cost plenty green form not much

 

I'd like my STi "re-zapped" as well, will that get rid of the turbo lag? LOL

 

i should think they'll plug the little blighter in to a laptop and squirt the latest map in. nothing special.
