max power re-invested over 1.5million this year by closing revs magazine. Owned by Emap i cant think of a better way for them to get publicity and to stir up the public.

I'll bet here are the highlights of their manifesto:

1) Ugly birds are not allowed at cruises
2) Fit birds are required to have sex with minging chavs in the back seat of their neon Novas and then brag about their exploits to a mag for other chavs to have a shuffle over.
3) Girls are required to swallow.....always!!
4) Exhausts to be at least 7 inches in diameter
5) Car to be no more than 1 inch off the ground at all times
6) Car must sound lie one of those fart machines gone haywire.
7) Furry dice are compulsory
8) Ditto for window sticker saying "Kev 4 Shaz 4ever"!
9) Speed cameras to be callibrated to only flash if a bird is exposing her ****!
10) Min speed limit of 80mph...esp in built up areas.
11) Scoobies are banned; you can't do dougnuts easily enough
12) Your car must have a stereo that cost twice as much as it did

No, as far as i remember its £500 and you lose your deposit if you return less than 5% of votes cast.
