Default Bugeye exhaust advice

Hi, can anyone tell me if an '04 STI back box will fit on to my '01 WRX bugeye wagon without any modifications to brackets etc? I can get hold of one pretty cheap so it will be a boost if it does.
Apologies if this has been asked before.
Cheers

Fits straight on, but makes relatively little benefit apart from looking a lot better, I believe. The STi box does not have the "straight through" design giving improved flow and therefore power increase of the prodrive or almost all aftermarket backboxes
