fitted ninja back box and res center 2 months ago just noticed by chance that its blowing from spring joint to downpipe not bad but its there ...will this make any difference to performance ?
if so whats\best to seal it with?
or is it time for decat downpipe (excuse to wife lol) not sure about this dont want to remap ecu as its my98 uk that = ££££ but think it could be running rich as exhaust is black already hmmm what to do ideas please...

 

Have you made sure that the gasket between the downpipe and centre is still in place? It probably is, as it's usually pretty solidly stuck to the downpipe, but it's a starting point.

mind you,,good excuse to get an aftermarket downpipe ;-)
