I'm just about to insulate my VF22 Turbo, has anyone else fitted one of these and did you get it right first time or was there difficulties.

Has anyone noticed a reduction in turbo-lag and maintaining spooling with it fitted, what about a reduction in the temparature of the engine compartment.
