hi everyone

i have just recently fitted my new 3" Exhaust System with no cats, standard Up-pipe, yesterday i was driving it with my mates EVO V and he told me he saw flames out of my exhaust, is this normal?? as my car doesnt have anti-lag, i have had 4 scoobs in total and none of them have ever done this before, also i have been told it might be running too rich?? is this normal??

Current specs:

MY98 Full PPP
PPP ECU
STI V4 Intercooler
Magnex Twin-Dump downpipe
3" Exhaust system - no cats
STI Panel Filter
HKS SSQV

thanks but it did not happen to my jap import with full decat before????

 

it does it on my my00 uk turbo full decat mate

 

The SSQV will be the main cause.
